Rapid Response Integration Specialist

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between RapidResponse and various systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS.
• Utilize Kinaxis Integration Layer and other relevant tools to facilitate data exchange
• Configure and manage integration workflows and monitoring processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively
• Document and maintain integration specifications and best practices
• Stay updated on the latest RapidResponse features and integration technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Business Analysts) to ensure successful integration implementation
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve integration efficiency and performance
• Contribute to the development and implementation of integration standards and best practices

Qualifications/Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in data integration, preferably with cloud-based platforms
• Proven experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning solutions
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques
• Familiarity with industry standard integration protocols (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
