Job Details

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, flexible, and secure Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions to meet specific business needs
• Analyze and understand business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the supply chain.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with the overall architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively
• Design and implement data integration solutions to connect Rapid Response with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and document technical specifications, diagrams, and other artifacts to ensure clear communication and understanding of the solution.
• Configure and customize Rapid Response applications to meet specific requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Kinaxis Rapid Response features and functionality.
• Provide training and support to users on the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Participate in solution design reviews and presentations.
• Identify and track risks associated with solution implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and measure the performance of implemented solutions and recommend improvements.

Qualifications/Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and/or demand forecasting.
• 3+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar supply chain planning platform
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budge/li>
• Kinaxis Rapid Response certification preferred.
