Lead Informatica Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC & Plano, TX

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter development and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data marts.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of complex ETL jobs. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Informatica PowerCenter or o Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design ETL workflows. Optimize and tune existing Informatica processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data flow, and error handling. Troubleshoot data integration and transformation issues and provide root cause analysis. Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to integrate new data sources and ensure consistency in data flows.
• Collaborate with business analysis, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design EIL WORKHOWS. Optimize and tune existing Informatica processes to improve performance and scalability.
