• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Git is also desirable.
• Should be able to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders within the organization.
• Certifications in relevant technologies such as Java and Oracle are preferred.
